Make the smart choice here and look at this neat 1 bedroom flat up for rental in the heart of the Bluff. Offering spacious living areas, separate kitchen and large bathroom. This flat is perfect for a young couple or single person. Located ridiculously close to the major shopping centres and transport routes.
The bedroom has enough space for a king sized bed and room for more furniture, the kitchen is cosy and modest but gives you enough space to get the cooking job done. The Bathroom offers a shower only but again you will not feel cramped in there.
Overall this is a great starter flat for a single person or young couple. Regrettably no pets as this is a shared property.
